Ben Thompson, Singapore There are several people in the Paris market offering the exact services as Bonapart. However, I felt Susie was always quick to reply to questions and her replies were informative, lengthy (in a good way!) and realistic. I was also pleased that she was willing to take me on despite my purchase price being below her normal threshold - I was continually mindful and appreciative of this, especially in light of the 100 percent service she then delivered. I was never made to feel like a "second rate" client. From the houses I looked at I felt she had also carefully taken into account what I was looking for and all of them had potential. At two particular points Bonapart's services shone through: First when, after two hours of agonizing over the shortlist, Susie and one of her associates snapped into action and ultimately found me my apartment from a fresh lead at the last minute. I couldn't believe that they came up with a result. We only had a half day left but Susie really impressed me with her energetic attitude. Second, I was impressed by Susie's punctuality. It sounds so small but it's so important in sending out the right message to a client. Flexibility is also important. I realise I chopped and changed dates a bit and Susie was always enthusiastic and accommodating. Really, the service has been great and I look forward to continuing our relationship for a long time. I feel I still have so much to do! |
