really the flat is absolutely great, very cozy, you actually feel like
home after few hours. Andy was there at the airport and he is a big
seller for you guys, before you see the place you are already in love
with it. Remember that I am the head of an advertising agency which is
famous for the details and yes we develop Digital Thinking for our
clients, so you guys did your homework and know how to really impress!

phone companies, utilities and the unfamiliar environment that Paris
represents to young students when they first arrive in the city. You do a

son to get back to, I would have loved to stay longer.
We loved meeting Barbara, the apartment is very nice and clean
(Lauren said her accommodations were much better than any other friend’s that
she met!!) and Andy is just great. You have put together a very nice package of

Searching for the right home in any foreign city can be a challenge.
So, amongst a tight network of Parisiennes, I was very stressed out.
Susie Hollands is amazing! Somehow, she found me the most fabulous
apartment in the 8eme -- exactly what I asked for: a beautiful building
(grande foyer, modern appliances)...with a terrace! All this, just
steps away from Parc Monceau ... and affordable!
Having lived in New York, Los Angeles and Milan, I have cosmopolitan
standards. Susie Hollands is a dream come true and I dare say makes the
apartment search a fun experience. Susie exemplifies the consummate
professional and I would recommend her without reservation.

happier with it, and it is almost completely rented through mid
October!!! There were many outstanding aspects to the experience. First
and foremost I liked Susie's enthusiasm and attentiveness. She listened
to me and didn't consider me a less-worthy client even though I had
very little money to spend. Secondly, she 'got' me, and as a result I
didn't feel I was wasting my time or had to explain myself. Another
exceptional thing was the responsiveness - I always heard back right
away, and nothing 'fell through the cracks.' Even though I speak French
fluently, and lived in Paris for 2 years, I was not equipped to handle
this process on my own.
The one time when I pushed against her advice, thinking I could afford
a more expensive place, she gently convinced me to come down in my
expectations. When it came time to pay the downpayment, I was so
relieved, I would have been up a creek if I hadn't done what she'd
recommended

There are several people in the Paris market offering the exact
services as Bonapart. However, I felt Susie was always quick to reply
to questions and her replies were informative, lengthy (in a good way!)
and realistic. I was also pleased that she was willing to take me on
despite my purchase price being below her normal threshold - I was
continually mindful and appreciative of this, especially in light of
the 100 percent service she then delivered. I was never made to feel
like a "second rate" client.
From the houses I looked at I felt she had also carefully taken into
account what I was looking for and all of them had potential. At two
particular points Bonapart's services shone through:
First when, after two hours of agonizing over the shortlist, Susie and
one of her associates snapped into action and ultimately found me my
apartment from a fresh lead at the last minute. I couldn't believe that
they came up with a result. We only had a half day left but Susie
really impressed me with her energetic attitude.
Second, I was impressed by Susie's punctuality. It sounds so small but
it's so important in sending out the right message to a client.
Flexibility is also important. I realise I chopped and changed dates a
bit and Susie was always enthusiastic and accommodating.
Really, the service has been great and I look forward to continuing our
relationship for a long time. I feel I still have so much to do!
