First, we discuss and clearly outline your requirements. You will be sent a questionnaire to determine your preferred neighbourhoods, where you work or study, your budget, and your lifestyle. After careful consideration, we will present you with a list of potential properties complete with pictures and descriptions. We have pre-screened each of our properties and choose to represent high-quality apartments. Apartments are equipped with high-speed internet connection, cable TV and telephone packages, cutlery/plates, cooking equipment, sheets/towels, ironing boards and vacuum cleaners. Our service includes financial co-ordination for payment, supervised bi-lingual contract signing and advice on walk-through and inventory signing. If need be, we advise on essential services set-up (water, gas, electricity, landline phone, cell phone, Internet, cable TV and comprehensive tenants insurance). You choose the apartment you want, and we do the rest - it's that easy. And of course we are on-call to assist with any of the ups and downs you may experience along the way. |
